Founder & CEO

With over 15 years of experience in childhood education and art, Narayan brings his passion for creative learning to every program at Junior Palette. As the founder of NS Kumbar Art, he has dedicated his career to nurturing young minds through artistic expression, and now channels that expertise into shaping the vibrant and inspiring environment at Junior Palette.

Shilpa Shree

Co-Founder

Shilpa Shree brings a deep passion for early childhood education and creative learning. With a background in management and a strong association with NS Kumbar Art, she plays a key role in shaping the vision of India’s first art-based preschool. Her commitment to nurturing young minds through a structured blend of academics and art ensures that every child at Junior Palette experiences a joyful and meaningful start to their learning journey.

Co-founder

Vidhya Shree B R is the Co-founder of Junior Palette, leading Marketing and Sales with a focus on creative learning experiences for children. She is also the Founder of Nivva Academy, an educational initiative built on her strong academic background and passion for teaching.
